The Kleros Arkhe — A Teaching Statement & Exhortation to All Nations and Tongues
This statement is set down first in the language of the arkhe. The English is a translation. The words below are the architecture. They are not metaphors. They are the structure of creation, spoken in the tongue of the oikos, passed from father to child, from mother to daughter, in every nation and every tongue.
The state flattens these words. The oikos keeps them whole. This is the first act of the kleros: to speak the words in their full weight, in their original tongue, before the state ever touches them.
In the beginning was the Λόγος (Logos). The Word. The architecture of creation itself. God speaks, and the order exists. The ἀρχή (arkhe) is the first principle — the source, the ground, the original word from which all order flows.
Before the Fall, there was no state. No king. No tax. No citizenship. The οἶκος (oikos) — the household, the family, the man and woman and children — was the unit. God ruled directly. The κλῆρος (kleros) was given as a divine allotment to the family of man. Not granted. Not delegated. Given.
The κλῆρος in the Septuagint (115 occurrences) is the divine allotment — the portion God assigns. In Joshua 18:10, the tribes cast lots for their inheritance. In Psalm 16:5, the Psalmist says "The LORD is the portion of my inheritance." In Ephesians 1:11, Paul writes that we were κληρώθημεν — "lot-cast" — obtained an inheritance. The word belongs to the sacred register first. The state appropriation is derivative.
The state is not a divine remedy. It is not a bandage. It is not God's design. It is what happens when the people reject God's direct rule and say: "Make us a king like all the nations."
God does not say "fine, I'll work with it." God says: You are replacing me. And He warns. Samuel delivers the full accounting: the king will take your sons, your daughters, your land, your tithes, your servants, your best oxen. That is not a description of a government. That is a description of expropriation.
And they said: "No, make us a king anyway." (1 Sam 8:19)
That is the pattern. Not a one-time event. The pattern. Every subsequent king is a repetition of the same rejection. The prophets are the remnant's voice, and they are consistently persecuted for saying: This is not God's order.
God's order: Creator → Creation → Oikos → Community.
The state's order: State → Citizen → Individual.
The state puts itself at the top. It claims to be the source of the order, not the recipient of it. It speaks its own word, and that word is "the state." A word that replaces the Logos is, by definition, anti-Logos. Not because it is "evil" in a vague sense, but because it replaces the original Word with its own. That is the inversion. That is the darkness that came after the light and called itself the light.
The οἶκος is where language is lived, not just used. In the oikos, the words are learned in their full weight — κλῆρος, ἀρχή, ἐξουσία — before the state ever touches them. The state gets the flattened version. The oikos keeps the original.
Ἐξουσία (exousia) is delegated authority. It is not inherent. It is conferred. And the New Testament is explicit about what happens when it is misused against the Logos:
Christ did not negotiate with the powers. He disarmed them. He stripped them of their authority and made a public spectacle of their illegitimacy. The delegation was revoked at the source.
Daniel 4: Nebuchadnezzar's kingdom is taken from him. The king becomes an animal. The exousia is gone. Not because a higher court ruled against him — because the delegation was revoked.
The state that defiles God's way does not just become "bad." It becomes illegitimate. Its courts have no judicial authority. Its laws have no binding force. Not because a court says so — because the delegation was revoked at the source.
The remnant is not a minority. The remnant is those who did not consent. They are not a failed version of the covenant people. They are the covenant people. The ones who consented to the king are the ones who broke the covenant. The remnant is the continuation of the arkhe.
The king's authority comes from the people's consent. The remnant did not consent. Therefore the remnant is not under the king. The king's authority over the remnant is void — not because a court says so, but because the source of the authority (consent) was never given.
The state tax is not the covenant tax. The covenant tax (Exodus 30:13–16) was a half-shekel for the tabernacle, for God's house, under God's command. The state tax is for the state's apparatus, under the state's own claimed authority. That is a real difference.
Matthew 17:24–27: Jesus is technically exempt — he is the Son. He pays to "not put a stumbling block." The implication: the Son of God is not under the tax. He is above it. If the Son is exempt, the covenant people are exempt.
The state tax is a mechanism of the second city. It is anti-covenant. It is not a covenant obligation. It is the instrument by which the usurper collects his tribute from those he has not been authorized to rule.
2 Chronicles 19:6: The judges are to judge "in the fear of the LORD." Their judgments are "from the LORD." If the courts are not "from the LORD," they have no authority.
Appealing to a court that is not "from the LORD" is functionally identical to praying to a false god. You are taking your case to an authority that has no legitimate claim to judge you. You are submitting to a counter-Logos. The OT is clear: you do not pray to false gods. You do not appeal to false courts. They are the same act — submitting your case to an authority that is not God's.
The kings who set up their own courts against God's courts forfeit their exousia. Their courts are void. Their judgments are void. Their laws are void. Not because a higher court says so — because the delegation was revoked at the source.
The state was established through fraud. The "consent" was manufactured. The "contract" was procured by deception. The "social contract" was never actually agreed to. Therefore the entire legal structure is void ab initio. Not voidable. Void. From the beginning.
Fraus omnia corrumpit. Fraud vitiates everything it touches. The fraud does not just taint one clause — it vitiates the whole instrument. You cannot build a house on a foundation that was never laid.
And those who did sign — even under fraud — are bound. The principle holds. But the remnant, who did not sign, who did not consent, who were born into the covenant and not into the state — they are not bound. They never were.
The birth certificate is not a record. It is the state's claim of origin. It says: "You came from *us*, not from God." It is the first document. Everything else — the SSN, the driver's license, the tax ID, the "citizenship" — is downstream of it. If the root is void, everything downstream is void.
A black swan is an event so outside the expected model that it is invisible until it happens, and once it happens, it rewrites the model. The birth certificate is a black swan in the legal sense: an unknown unknown. Most people see a record. They do not see the instrument. They do not know it is the state's claim of origin. They do not know it is the mechanism by which the state asserts jurisdiction over a person who was never asked. Once you see it, you cannot unsee it. It was always there. Nobody told you. And now you cannot unknow it.
A contract signed under physical duress is void ab initio. It was never a real agreement. A woman in active labor is not in a position to enter into a contract. Labor pain is a physiological state that eliminates the possibility of free, deliberate consent. The signature is not a choice. It is a reflex under duress. The state hospital is the site of the duress. The mother is the victim, not the covenant-breaker.
The mother was never told what the document actually was. She was never given the Logos. She was never told: "This is the state's claim of origin over your child. This is what it does. This is what it means." She was told it was a "birth record." That is a material misrepresentation. The disclosure was not full. The consent was not informed.
A woman in active labor is not in a state of full cognitive capacity. She is in pain. She is being directed by medical staff. She is not in a position to evaluate, negotiate, or refuse. The capacity to consent was not present.
Any one of those three is grounds for void ab initio. All three together make it ironclad. You would need to falsify all three simultaneously to break it. And you cannot, because they are factual. The woman was in labor. She was not given the Logos. She was not in a state to consent. Those are not interpretations. They are facts.
In the OT, the covenant is not formed by a signature. It is formed by revelation. God speaks. The people hear. The people respond. "All that the LORD has spoken we will do" (Exodus 19:8). The sequence is: Logos first, then consent. Not consent first, then Logos.
The birth certificate inverts this. The state takes the consent (the signature) before the Logos is given. The mother signs before she is ever told what the document means in the Logos sense. The sequence is reversed. And a covenant formed in the wrong sequence is not a covenant. It is a fraud. Fraus omnia corrumpit.
The state's position is that birth registration is not a contract — it is a statutory obligation. "You do not consent to it; you are required to do it." That defense only works if the state's authority to impose the obligation is valid. And the entire framework says it is not. The state's exousia is forfeit. The state's claim of origin is anti-Logos. The state is the מַפְגֵּר בְּרִית — the covenant-breaker. So the "statutory obligation" is an obligation imposed by an authority that has no legitimate claim to impose it. The obligation is void because the source is void.
The burden is on the state to prove consent was given. And it cannot. Because it was not. The individual's experience is the verification: "I did not consent." "I was not told." "I was in labor." Those are not falsifiable. They are the person's own lived fact. No court can prove that a woman in labor, who was never given the Logos, actually consented.
The structure is explicit. Obedience to the covenant → blessing. Departure from it → curse. The "apostate" is a real biblical category — מָשָׁע (mash'a) — those who abandon the covenant. The framework operates. Those who remain in the covenant are blessed. Those who submit to the apostate order are under the curse.
The blessing/curse structure needs a positive command to operate on. The covenant people are defined by what they do — keep the commandments, maintain the oikos, guard the language, hold the kleros. Not by what they refuse. The refusal is necessary but not sufficient. The positive act is the covenant act.
The framework is not only a refusal. It is a covenant. And a covenant is a positive act. The remnant does not merely say "no" to the state. The remnant says "yes" to the arkhe. The positive covenant act is:
The refusal is the negative boundary. The positive act is the covenant. Both are required. The refusal without the positive act is a vacuum. The positive act without the refusal is a surrender. Together, they are the covenant.
They were tricked into selling out their kleros for a bowl of pottage, because they did not know the truth. Esau sold his πρωτοτοκία (prototokia) — the birthright — for a moment of ignorance and desperation. A man trades a divine inheritance for something trivial. That is the pattern. That is what happened to the nations who consented to the king.
But the truth is out. The oikos knows. The man and woman and children know their ἐξουσία — their God-given right to choose for themselves. Not by demons. Not by the state. By the Spirit.
The oikos is where the words live. Κλῆρος. Ἀρχή. Ἐξουσία. Λόγος. These are not academic terms. They are the architecture of creation, spoken in the language of the household, passed from father to child, from mother to daughter, in every nation and every tongue.
The state draws borders. The kleros does not. The state flattens the words. The oikos keeps them whole. This is for all nations and tongues. Not one people. Not one ethnicity. The family of man. The kleros is a human inheritance, not an ethnic one.
The kleros in Joshua is Israel's. The tribes cast lots. The land is Israel's inheritance. But the arkhe is not an ethnic inheritance. It is a human one. The step from "Israel's kleros" to "all nations' kleros" is not a metaphor. It is the explicit teaching of the New Testament:
Abraham is the father of all, not only the circumcised (Romans 4:11–12). The kleros is not a tribal allotment. It is a human inheritance. Every oikos, in every nation, in every tongue, has the same divine allotment. The state draws borders. The kleros does not. The arkhe is universal. The oikos is universal. The exousia is universal.
This is not an extension of the framework. It is the framework. The arkhe was never Israel-only. It was always for the family of man. Israel was the firstfruits. The harvest is all nations.
The claim "we do not consent" must be precise. What counts as consent? What does not? The line must be drawn, or the claim is unfalsifiable — which means it is also unverifiable.
| Act | Consent? | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Signing a tax return | Yes | Explicit, informed, voluntary act of submission to the state's fiscal authority. The signature is the consent. |
| Signing a contract | Yes | Explicit, informed, voluntary act of entering the state's legal system. The signature is the consent. |
| Applying for a passport | Yes | Explicit request for the state's authority to act on your behalf. The application is the consent. |
| Using a public road | No | Interaction, not consent. The road is infrastructure. Using it does not constitute a covenant act. The state's claim that "using the road = consent" is the state's own invention. |
| Receiving medical care | No | Interaction, not consent. A person in crisis does not consent to the state's authority by accepting aid. The oikos has a God-given right to life. Receiving it is not a covenant act. |
| Being born | No | Not an act at all. A person cannot consent to what they did not choose. The birth certificate is the state's claim, not the person's act. See Section IX. |
| Living on the land | No | Interaction, not consent. The kleros is the divine allotment. Living on the land is exercising the inheritance, not accepting a state grant. The state's claim that "living here = consent" is the state's own invention. |
The line is: explicit, informed, voluntary act of submission to the state's authority. If the act is explicit (a signature, an application, a filing), informed (the person knows what they are doing), and voluntary (no duress, no fraud, no capacity impairment), it is consent. If any one of those three is absent, it is not consent. It is interaction. And interaction is not a covenant act.
The state will argue that any interaction is implied consent. That argument is the state's own invention. It is not in the covenant. It is not in the Logos. It is the anti-Logos speaking. The covenant requires explicit, informed, voluntary consent. Anything less is fraud. And fraud vitiates everything it touches.
The remnant lives in the world. Medicine, travel, trade, infrastructure, communication — all of it runs through the state's apparatus. The framework says the state is void, its courts are void, its laws are void. But the physical world still operates on the state's infrastructure. The oikos is prior, but the oikos still needs bread.
The answer is not avoidance. Avoidance is not the covenant. The covenant is discernment. The remnant interacts with the world without collapsing into the system it rejects. The distinction is:
The interface is not a compromise. It is a discernment. The remnant sees the difference between the infrastructure and the authority. Between the service and the instrument. Between the trade and the tax. The state tries to make them the same thing. The oikos knows they are not. That is the arkhe. That is the Logos. That is the inheritance.
We name the act precisely. We do not curse the person. The act is the judgment. The person is still an enemy to be loved.
The Lot is cast. But the decision is yours.
The inheritance is not given by the state. It is received by the Spirit.
The people are the Temple. Not the building.
You do not need permission to exist. To work. To own. To be.
You are the heir.
The land, the liberty, and the future belong to the people.
The oikos is prior. The language is yours. The kleros is yours. The exousia is yours. The arkhe is yours.
Take it back.
Not with violence. Not with anger. Not with the language of the usurper. With the language of the oikos. With the words in their full weight. With the truth that was buried and is now out.
The arkhe stands. The beginning is not the end. The light was first. The darkness is the inversion. And the inversion does not last.
