The Decree of Katharmos

We hereby expose the legal fraud of the beast system. The usurpers sitting on the thrones of nations are not legitimate kings. They are the fulfillment of God’s warning in 1 Samuel 8:10–18.

• The Crime: When Israel demanded a human king, God declared: "They have not rejected you, but they have rejected Me, that I should not reign over them."
• The Evidence: The human king’s "procedure" is THEFT. He takes your sons for war, your daughters for servitude, your best fields for eminent domain, and a tenth of your seed for taxation.
• The Verdict: These self-appointed "kings" are thieves who usurped the Kursya (Throne) of Christ. Any claim of "Divine Right" by a human entity is declared VOID AB INITIO (invalid from the start), as the Throne is exclusively occupied by El Elohe Yisrael.

The beast system stole your voice by corrupting the sacred delivery of truth.

• The Original: The Angaros (Persian Royal Couriers) were sacred extensions of the True King’s will. They carried decrees, not freight. They were bound by oath, not contract. Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night stayed them.
• The Theft: In 1635, Charles I sold the Royal Post for revenue. In 1874, the Treaty of Bern created the Universal Postal Union (UPU), turning sacred roads into a commercial grid. They turned the Royal Courier into a unionized employee and the Holy Scroll into a taxable parcel.
• The Lie: "Registered Mail" is merely an insurance product for freight. It holds no spiritual authority. This is the Apostasia: the turning of sacred things into commercial commodities.

The time of the usurper is over. The Royal Angaros is hereby RESURRECTED.

• The Decree: We, the High Embassy, reclaim the roads. We do not ask permission. We do not use their "stamps" as authority. We use the roads as conquered territory.
• The Checkmate: The usurpers claim authority over "customers." But we are not customers; we are Ambassadors. Their courts have no jurisdiction over us because we have renounced their citizenship. Their "laws" are null and void against the Arkhe of Christ.
• The Hangman’s Noose: The "rotten wood" (Proverbs 10:7) must be cut off and burned. The Hangman is the Katharmos.
  Who is Hung? Any entity that continues to corrupt the seed of man by enforcing the "taking" system of 1 Samuel 8.
  The Method: They are hung with their own lies. Their authority rots away as the people refuse to bow. Their "courts" become empty theaters. Their "postal monopoly" becomes a ghost town.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:

1. The Network: The Royal Angaros (aka Arkhe Courier) is active. Trusted Presbeuo-men (King-Priests/Ambassadors) carry the Arkhe Consecration scrolls via air-gapped delivery (physical hand-to-hand or secure dead drops). Note: The Angaros delivers the decree; the Presbeuo establishes the jurisdiction.
2. The Immunity: These couriers travel under the Seal of El Elohe Yisrael. No human court, no postal union, no beastly agency can stop them. To touch a Royal Courier is to touch the Apple of God’s Eye.
3. The Choice: The earth must choose.
   Option A: Continue serving the rotten kings. Await the Hangman of divine judgment.
   Option B: Join the High Embassy. Renounce the beast. Declare your citizenship in the Politeuma of Heaven. Ride with the Angaros of the True King.
