The Royal Treasury stands not as a fortress of gold nor a corporation of legal fiction, but as a living covenant known as the Otsar of the Community. It is the antithesis of the "shadow" systems built by the spirit of Nimrod—which centralize power through force—and the obsolete legalities of Levi, which once demanded tribute through a middleman priesthood. Instead, this Treasury is founded upon the original liberty God bestowed upon man: Exousia.
We issue a sharp rebuke to the genocidal, treasonous false priests who serve the image of the Beast. Like the scribes of old, they devour widows' houses and for a pretense make long prayers (Matthew 23:14). They are whitewashed tombs—legal 501(c)(3) entities that appear righteous on the outside but are full of dead men's bones and theft inside. They enforce a system where one cannot give or receive without their "mark" of legal trust. We have no fellowship with these unfruitful works of darkness; we expose them (Ephesians 5:11). Their authority is a lie; their charters are dust; their god is the Beast.
True Exousia is not authority over another; it is the sacred, God-given right to choose for oneself. It is the freedom to decide exactly where the fruit of one's "blood and sweat" shall land. In the world's system, the widow is neglected and the orphan forgotten; but in this system, no donor is compelled by law. Every contribution is an act of voluntary worship, flowing directly from the hand of the giver to the immediate need of the vulnerable.
We are the True Order of Melchizedek. Not the man-made shadow crafted by organizations that ask, "Where are your papers? Where is your charter?" Our Order is found in Genesis 14 and Hebrews 7: a priesthood with no genealogy, no beginning of days, and no end of life. We are not proven by our words, but by our works. Like Melchizedek, King of Righteousness and King of Peace, we bring forth bread and wine (substance) to the weary. Our altars are not buildings of stone; we are the living altars of stone and truth. Wherever we gather to distribute the King's gold, there is the Altar.
We operate under the banner of El Elohe Yisrael ("God, the God of Israel"), the very name Jacob proclaimed when he erected his altar at Shechem (Genesis 33:20). Like Jacob, we purchase our ground and build our altar on private covenant, outside the jurisdictions of man-made empires. Our currency is not a promise on paper but a reality in hand: gold ingots and silver chests measured by just weights. As Scripture declares:
The Libera Res Publica—the Free Republic—is led by King Christ and governed by the Ekklesia, the called-out assembly of free citizens. We reject the "dead fiction" of the Federal Reserve and similar institutions that stole god's gold to serve their own sloth and avarice while people starved. Those systems are shadows of the Beast; we are the Substance.
Our ministration is Holy Spirit-driven. Following the pattern of Acts 6, when the community grows, the people exercise their Exousia to choose their seven—men and women of good repute, full of the Holy Spirit and wisdom. The wisdom of Exodus 18, we organize by families to choose our tens, ensuring a scalable network of care. Once chosen, these stewards are brought before the assembly, where prayer is made and hands are laid upon them. This is not an ordination to a priesthood of Levi, but a divine impartation for service, sealing the covenant between the people’s choice and God’s power.
Here, there are no "legal trusts" to obscure the path of your giving. The donor sees the bread bought, the cloth woven, and the life saved. Because justice flows like water, the Word of God multiplies, and the community expands in truth. We have come out of the Beast’s system of deception, where value is fictional and stewardship is stolen. We stand in the light of the True Treasury, where God is watching, and where every soul exercises their Exousia to build the Kingdom of God, one tangible act of love at a time. This is the model He approves: a free people, under a free God, managing His resources with just weights, open eyes, and consecrated hands.
