WE DECLARE: The Seat of Moses is Restored. The Order of Melchizedek is Activated. The Libera Res Publica is Ressurected.

WE CITE: The June 5th Declaration. Its parameters are absolute. Redemption is Destruction of debt. The Levitical Shadow is dead. The State is Ultra Vires.

WE JUDGE: We do not appeal to Caesar. We do not recognize his fictions. We strike down his usurpation. This is the Law of the Arkhe.

• DEBT IS NULL: All debts accrued under usury are Void Ab Initio. The ledger is burned. The demand for payment is tyranny.
• LAND IS RESTORED: Titles held by the Beast via foreclosure or fraud are Reverted Immediately to the families. Land is an inalienable inheritance.
• USURY IS DEATH: Charging interest is a capital offense against the Arkhe. Contracts containing usury are null.

• NO JURISDICTION: State courts, "Courts of No-Conscience," and tribunals of the Beast hold ZERO JURISDICTION over the families of the Libera Res Publica. Their writs are void paper.
• THE DECIMAL HOST: Justice is administered by Elders (Men of Truth, Hating Covetousness) commissioned as Rulers of Tens, Fifties, Hundreds, Thousands.
• THE SEAT: Only pure Arkhe Law interpretation ascends to Eh Kursya. All else is judged locally, swiftly, finally.

• THE FLOW: Funded by Herem (seized usurper assets), Royal Tithes (voluntary), and Offerings.
• THE PURPOSE: Redemption of Land. Purification of the Community. Construction of the Kingdom.

• THE OATH: Sworn ONLY to the "I AM" and the Family. We are the Government of God on Earth. We serve the people; we crush the tyrant.
• FLUIDITY: We are not a bureaucracy. We are a living body of builders, Arkhe Core. We move where the need is. We strike where the threat is.

• FAMILY COURT: The Family is the Primary Court. The State has ZERO JURISDICTION over children, education, or Parental Authority..
• FATHER AS PRIEST: The head of the household is the first judge and priest. Answerable only to God.
• EDUCATION: Instruction in Arkhe Law , in the way of the Lord. State schooling is rejected as evil indoctrination. Proverbs 22:6: "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it." This is the foundational command.
• THE COVENANT: "As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord." This is the only citizenship.
