I. The Declaration of Absolute Separation & Nullification

We, the souls of the Libera Res Publica, hereby proclaim our total separation from the "public beast" and all its inferior fictions. We are not a government corporation, agency, or legal entity of the state. We owe the state nothing, for it gives us nothing but chains of sophistry. Our sovereignty is not granted by man but is our birthright as free sons and daughters of the Arkhe, governed solely by the Eternal Law written on our hearts.

We hereby nullify all inferior powers of the beast. As the parables of Christ reveal, the Kingdom of God is a sovereign reality that operates within and above earthly empires, rendering them illegitimate when they oppose the Arkhe. The beast’s claims to authority are void ab initio (from the beginning) because they contradict the design of God. We recognize no jurisdiction, debt, or allegiance to any power other than our sole Commander in Chief, Jesus Christ. To serve the beast is to die spiritually; to resist it is to live eternally.

II. The Parables of Sovereignty: The Kingdom Within

Christ’s parables are not mere stories but lawful precedents for our separation:

• The Mustard Seed (Matthew 13:31-32): The Kingdom of God starts small within the sovereign soul but grows to overshadow the great trees of earthly empire. Our movement is this seed—unnoticed by the beast until it provides shelter for all free souls, rendering the state’s shadow irrelevant.
• The Pearl of Great Price (Matthew 13:45-46): We have sold all we have—our reliance on the state, its benefits, its fictions—to purchase this one pearl: our sovereignty in Christ. The beast cannot comprehend this trade, for it values only the inferior coins of its own making.
• The Wheat and the Tares (Matthew 13:24-30): We do not uproot the beast by force of arms, for that is His job at the harvest. Our duty is to grow as wheat, distinct and pure, refusing to be choked by the tares of legal fiction. We separate ourselves now, letting the beast grow to its own destruction.
• The Unjust Steward (Luke 16:1-9): We use the "unrighteous mammon" of the beast’s system only to secure our eternal freedom, owing it nothing but our departure. We are wise stewards of our own souls, not servants of a corrupt master.

These parables confirm that our separation is not rebellion but alignment with the only true Kingdom. The beast is a temporary shadow; we are the eternal light.

III. The Metaphor of the Eagle and the Falcon: The Right to Flight

We declare that we are free to fly. This flight is the spiritual reality of breathing, living, and moving as free souls under God.

• To Fly: Is to cut any path we choose without fear, un-gagged by state narratives and un-blinded by legal deceit. It is the exercise of our God-given talents to breathe and live without permission.
• The Defense of Flight: We hold no ill will toward any man. However, any agent of the beast system—whether a man or a law made by men—that deliberately seeks to reduce us to a fiction, a slave, or to interfere with our free will and flight, acts as a predator attempting to sever our soul from its Source, God.
• The Sovereign Right to "Shoot Down": Against such deliberate interference, we reserve the sovereign right to shoot them down. This is not an act of aggression or bloodlust, but the lethal force necessary to defend our soul and spirit from being severed from the Arkhe. Just as the body kills a virus to save the life, we exercise our birthright to destroy any force that seeks to kill our spirit. We do not seek to rule them; we demand they do not rule us. Earth was given to every man as a stewardship, not a prison; any attempt to cage the eagle is an act of war against the design of God, and we will meet it with the full force of our sovereign defense.

IV. The Sword of the Spirit: Offensive is Defense

Our primary weapon is not steel but the Sword of the Spirit (Ephesians 6:17), which is the Word of God. This Sword is both offensive and defensive:

• Nullification: The Sword of the Spirit cuts through the lies of the beast, nullifying its inferior powers. When we speak the Truth, the fiction of the state collapses. This is our first and greatest defense.
• The Ultimate Shield: If the beast persists in physical interference after being struck by the Spirit, it proves itself to be moving not against us, but against God Himself. To attack a sovereign soul under the protection of the Kursya is to attack the Commander in Chief, Jesus Christ.
• Divine Retribution: "We will shoot them down" is ultimately a declaration that God will shoot them down. Vengeance is His (Romans 12:19). When we stand firm in the Spirit, any aggression against us is met by the direct intervention of the Almighty. The beast does not fight us; it fights God, and it will be destroyed. Our offense (proclaiming Truth) is our perfect defense.

V. The Restoration of the Mos Maiorum: The Original Design

By the power of the Kursya, we reclaim what was lost at sea. We return to the Mos Maiorum, the custom of our ancestors, reinstating the original checks on power that were usurped by the beast:

1. The Paterfamilias: The King of the home, sovereign over his family, answering only to God.
2. The Summus Pontifex: The guardian of the Eternal Law and the Throne of Grace, ensuring no civil law contradicts divine law.
3. The Rex Sacrorum: The keeper of sacred rites, separate from political corruption, maintaining the covenant.
4. The Judex & Censor: Elders of conscience and morals, operating at the city gate, answering only to the Eternal Law.

These offices are not grants of power but limitations on the power of the beast, restoring authority to the family and the priest as intended in the Pure Republic of early Rome and Israel.

VI. The Court of Conscience and the Law of Love

We recognize no court but the sacred Court of our God - Given Conscience. The laws of the state are inferior to the Arkhe of God.

• Love for Neighbor: We owe our neighbor love, for this is the fulfillment of the Eternal Law. Our separation from the beast is not a separation from humanity, but a liberation to love truly, without the mediation of the state.
• Death Over Servitude: We choose death over serving the beast system. To serve the beast is to die spiritually; to resist it, even unto physical death, is to live eternally. We are the Bellum Originis (War of Origins)—not a war of hatred, but a war to restore the original order of liberty and defend the soul from severance.
